Kim Kardashian Tortures Her Pregnant Feet In Heels [PHOTOS]

Pregnant Kim Kardashian refuses to give up her heels, even though her feet are extremely swollen as she's expected to give birth in July. While heading to a beauty center in Los Angeles with her mother and manager Kris Jenner, she wore a form-fitting white Givenchy dress and accessorized with a black clutch.

Her baby bump was on full display, but what attracted the most attention were her swollen feet. It seems the reality star’s feet were in pain as she walked around in transparent PVS heels.

Kardashian previously said she couldn't go without heels, writing on her blog recently, “"I feel my best when I am in heels and chic clothes! Happy mommy, happy baby!" But she has since been seen wearing flats. It seems she still has a passion for her beloved heels though, regardless of how huge her feet get.

The 5’2” star isn't the only one torturing her feet lately. Actress Julianne Moore had the Internet abuzz when she walked the Cannes red carpet in stilettos that were too narrow for her feet. All attention was taken off her beautiful Dior gown as her pink toes hung off the edge of her shoes.

Meanwhile, Kardashian’s boyfriend, Kanye West, is the musical guest for this Saturday’s season finale of “SNL.” It remains to be seen if any skits will focus on his girlfriend’s pregnancy or her obsession with high heels.
