Kim Kardashian Unfollows Miley Cyrus On Instagram
It looks like Kim Kardashian has unfollowed Miley Cyrus on Instagram after the singer's live New Year’s Eve concert special with Pete Davidson, according to Page Six.
On Dec. 10, 2021, a Miley Cyrus fan account on Twitter shared a photo announcing that the SKIMS founder had started following the "Party In The USA" singer on Instagram, but as of Tuesday, Kardashian was no longer following Cyrus, as pointed out by yet another fan account of the singer on Twitter.
One Twitter user suggested that Kardashian unfollowed Cyrus because she "got jealous of her and Pete hosting the New Year’s Eve party." During the extravagant program on Friday, Davidson, 28, joined Cyrus, 29, on stage to perform a version of Will Smith's "Miami."
Cyrus and Davidson have been friends for a long time, and when the two appeared on the "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Cyrus serenaded Pete Davidson with William "Mickey" Stevenson and Norman Whitefield's 1963 Motown song "It should Have Been Me."
"Pete Davidson, this song is for you. When I saw those photos," Cyrus said, referring to Davidson's photos with Kardashian, "this is what I play," she stated at the beginning of her performance, according to Mashable.
She soon perched herself on Fallon's desk, and starting singing to the SNL host. "Pete Davidson, how are you gonna do this to me?" she sang. "In that Lamborghini leaving that nice a** restaurant. I'm going to watch a movie in freakin' Staten Island," she continues.
The fact that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum unfollowed the "Hannah Montana" star hasn't gone down to well with fans of Cyrus. One person tweeted: "Kim is behaving like a little jealous child wow she is acting like she is in middle school why follow Miley in the first place what an insecure grandmom."
However, Cyrus still follows Kardashian on the social media platform.
Meanwhile Davidson and Kardashian are currently on a holiday, as they were spotted jetting off to the Bahamas, per Page Six.
