Kim Zolciak Reacts To NeNe Leakes 'Roach Pest Patrol' Costume, Feud Continues

Kim Zolciak-Biermann and NeNe Leakes' friendship is over, but their drama continues.

Zolciak-Biermann, 39, and Leakes' feud started over a Snapchat video in which the former's daughter, Brielle Biermann, showed that Leakes' bathroom had cockroaches crawling all over the floor. Leakes, 49, then called the mother and daughter "racist" following the jab. And she has obviously not yet forgiven Zolciak-Biermann and her daughter as she recently took another jab at them by dressing up as "Roach Pest Patrol" for Halloween. Leakes' husband, Gregg Leakes, joined in by wearing a matching roach costume.

Zolciak-Biermann admitted that she saw her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" co-star's costume and commented on it. "It's just ridiculous. [She's] grasping at straws," Zolciak told Us Weekly of Leakes.

"Saying I'm part of the KKK was the demise [of our friendship]," the reality star added. "I'm not a part of that, I've never been a part of that. To insinuate something so ridiculous in this day and age when people are actually dying over racism, is pretty gross."

In October, Zolciak-Biermann appeared on "Larry King Now" and explained why she took offense to Leakes' comment about them being racist. "It's inappropriate. In this day and age, people are dying over racism," she said. "I'm on a show with all African-American women and I'm the only one that's ever been on the show that's Caucasian, so it's the card that sometimes they play and it's gross. And I won't allow it."

Following Leakes' claim that they were racist, Zolciak-Biermann hired a legal counsel to deal with her co-star's insult to her and her family. She is working with Marty Singer from high-powered law firm Lavey & Singer for her case against Leakes. She claimed that her lawyer has already made a "super threatening demand letter" saying that she is ready to sue the former "Glee" star unless she apologizes for her comments. The latter has already said that she is not planning to take back what she said, so Zolciak-Biermann took legal action against her.

In related news, Leakes and Zolciak-Biermann's "RHOA" co-stars have reportedly taken sides in their feud. Porsha Williams, 36, shared a promotional pic of Zolciak-Biermann's "Don't Be Tardy" premiere on Instagram amid the latter's feud with Leakes, so fans took it as a sign that she is siding with Zolciak-Biermann.

On the other hand, Kenya Moore shared Leakes' Instagram post where the latter dissed Zolciak-Biermann and her daughter. "I totally agree with you about that devil," Moore wrote.

Moore and Zolciak-Biermann's daughter are embroiled in their own feud after the latter called Moore "a dumb ugly evil" on Twitter in July. The reality stars' controversial posts on Instagram have since been deleted.
