Kim Zolciak is speaking out about her pregnancy and even joking that her husband Kroy Biermann has “athlete sperm.” The reality star garnered fame with the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” but left the show after fighting with her cast mates, namely NeNe Leakes.

But those tumultuous relationships are behind the 34-year-old blonde as she prepares for her fifth pregnancy. The starlet confirmed her pregnancy on her Bravo spin-off series, “Don’t’ Be Tardy” Tuesday.

"Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant," Zolciak said on the new show, as she was reading results from numerous tests she had undergone. "Kroy, we have not one negative test,” she said to her husband.

"Kim loves being pregnant," an insider told Us Weekly, adding the expecting mom is hoping to give her kids another sister. "She really wants a little girl.

After finding out she was pregnant on the show she said to her husband, 27: "How exciting is that, love muffin?" she said as she hugged the Atlanta Falcons football player. "You did it again, lovey ... Are you excited, love muffin? It must be the athlete sperm." The couple already has two children together since marrying in 2011: KJ, 2, and Kash, 9 months. Zolciak’s daughters, Brielle and Ariana, are from previous relationships.

Zolciak continued about wanting to have a girl on “Don’t’ Be Tardy:” "I personally would love a little girl, because Brielle's going to be 18 soon, [and] Ariana's six years away from being 18," she said.

If it turned out the baby was a boy she would be out numbered once the older girls left to go to college: "That's a life of four-wheelers and football," she quipped. Even if the baby isn’t the sex she’s hoping for, Zolciak doesn’t want to try to have another: "This is it," she told Biermann on the show. "You better hope you get a little girl, because this is it."
