Kim Zolciak Twins Photos Revealed; Meet The Reality Stars' Babies Kaia And Kane Biermann
After months of gratuitous baby bump pictures, the world finally got its first glimpse of reality TV star Kim Zolciak's newborn twins this week.
The 35-year-old former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star posted two separate images of her newest bundles of joy, Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, on Instagram Tuesday after weeks of gushing about her babies on social media.
Zolciak, who welcomed the children in November, first showed off a picture of Kaia, her first girl with her husband of two years, NFL defensive end Kroy Biermann. "Baby Kaia up close!" posted Zolciak. According to the reality star, the newborn looks similar to her now 16-year-old daughter Brielle when she was an infant. Zolciak followed up the original post by also sharing an image of her newest son Kane, whom she refers to as as her "little tank," posing next to her first child with Biermann, KJ.
Prior to the release of the images, Zolciak and her family: Brielle, 16; Ariana, 11; KJ, 2; Kash, 1; and her 28-year-old athlete beau starred in a spread in Life & Style magazine earlier this week. The new mom of six dished about her latest delivery, calling the experience a "miracle." "They were a month early, and I was induced because my blood pressure was so high," said Zolciak when dicussing the natural childbirth. "It was nerve-racking! These babies feel like a miracle," she later added.
Following previous comments that she would be "closing up shop" after delivering the twins, the Bravo reality star confirmed to the magazine that she is officially done having children. "I finally feel like my family is 100 percent complete," said Zolciak. "Getting my tubes tied has crossed my mind. We're going to do something. I just don't know what!"
Zolciak announced that she was expecting on the season two finale of her Bravo series "Don't Be Tardy" in June. Two months later, the reality star announced that she was expecting twins, saying, "Twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised."
