Tributes poured in to commemorate the first year death anniversary of NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
On Jan. 26, 2020, the world woke up to the tragic news of the multi-titled Los Angeles Lakers player passing away in a helicopter crash that also took the lives of his 12-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others.
It has been a year, but the legacy that Bryant left behind continues to be spoken about. Once again, all walks of life have reunited in honoring the “Black Mamba” for his contributions on and off the court.

The Dallas Mavericks paid tribute in a special way--with the franchise stating that no player will ever again wear the No. 24 jersey that was made famous by the 2008 NBA Most Valuable Player awardee.
