Kohl's chain ties up with J.Lo and Marc Anthony to launch lifestyle brands
US-based Kohl's Department Stores has announced that the company is planning to launch two multi-department contemporary lifestyle brands with globally recognized entertainers Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony in collaboration with Music Entertainment Sports Holdings (MESH).
With the launch of the brands, J.Lo and Marc will be the first celebrity couple to simultaneously design collections for one retailer.
In fact, Kohl's will be the exclusive provider and marketer in the U.S. of all J.Lo and Marc Anthony apparel, accessories and other merchandise, which will be available beginning fall 2011.
These are really exciting times for us and our family and we are looking forward to collaborating with Kohl's in the creation of alifestyle brand that represents our true style and the essence of who we are and what we have come to represent as artists, said Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony in a statement.
MESH, a division of LF USA and partnership between LF USA and Star Branding, will sub-license the brands exclusively to Kohl's under a long-term agreement.
