Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her second child.

The 32-year-old reality TV star and her partner of four years, Scott Disick, confirmed the news on Wednesday.

Now I'm nine weeks along . . . you're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident, Kardashian told Us Weekly.

Kardashian and Disick, 28, are already parents to son Mason, who turns 2 years old on Dec. 14.

It wasn't like we weren't trying . . . we kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be,' Disick added.

According to Kardashian, she took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago, and immediately woke up Disick -- at 7 a.m. -- to tell him the happy news.

Kardashian, of course, is famous for her family reality shows, including Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami and Kourtney and Kim Take New York, which started its second season on E! on Nov. 27.

Like her sister, Kim, Kourtney has been everywhere these days. Along with Khloe, the three Kardashian sisters are cover girls for Glamour magazine's New Year's Special issue, out Dec. 6. On the cover, the Kardashian sisters are posing in sparkly sequined cardigans, complete with the headline, There's no judgment between sisters.

On Monday, Kardashian also launched Kourtney's Mommy Blog on E!

In her first webisode, Kardashain offers advice on kids fashion.

I love dressing Mason. I love dressing him more than dressing myself. It's so much fun picking out his clothes and making outfits and giving him style . . . here in New York I think it's all about layering, which makes the outfits more stylish, Kardashian tells her fans.

Kardashian suggests going to stores like H&M for little boys clothes because they are really affordable.

She also admits she's not afraid of pink for boys, showing off a pair of Mason's pink sunglasses.

Kardashian, who made her acting debut on One Life to Live in March, is the latest celebrity to announce her pregnancy. The oldest Kardashian sister joins fellow expectant stars Jessica Simpson, Beyoncé Knowles and Jennifer Garner.

Kourtney, Khloe and Kim recently made Bing's top ten most searched reality stars of 2011 list. With Kim at number one, Khloe landed in third place, while Kourtney placed fifth. Kim Kardashian was also the second most searched person of the year, behind first place, Justin Bieber.

Naturally, Kourtney Kardashian was a trending topic on Twitter Wednesday morning, with fans and friends of the reality TV star sending well wishes to Kardashian and Disick.
