Kourtney Kardashian has been promoting healthy living through her Poosh venture. In a recent blog post, the celebrity shared details of exercise routines that can get rid of under-butt fat, and give it a lift.

In order to help her fans to tighten, tone, and lift their butts, Kardashian roped in her Poosh fitness expert Amanda Lee to talk about at-home exercises that can get the job done. In a blog post on the company’s website, the fitness expert revealed that the only two items people need for a firm and perkier backside are a stability ball and resistance band.

The exercises that can help lift the butt are stability ball hamstring curls, banded bridge with abduction, grasshoppers, and banded donkey kicks. A daily routine of these exercises with about 20 to 25 reps each should be enough. The blog post elaborates on how to perform these exercises, and there are also videos that show people how it is done correctly.

Apart from products for healthy skin and body, Poosh also sells some of the equipment people need for their at-home exercises. Kardashian has personally been using some of these products.

Meanwhile, Kardashian has been a big focus on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” recently. After showing the drama involving her going to Finland with her ex-boyfriend and the kids, a recent episode showed that there was cash missing from her wallet.

Kardashian had suspected that someone may be stealing from her after her iPad went missing in the house. When $5,200 went missing from her wallet, her suspicions were confirmed. An investigation revealed that it was one of her employees who did it, E! News reported.

The employee’s name wasn’t revealed on the show. Kardashian was worried that the person who stole from her was someone who has spent time “alone” with her children, and she apparently “also hacked everything.”
