Kris And Bruce Jenner Have Split Up, Her Sister Claims

Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, her husband of nearly 22 years, may soon call it quits, according to her sister, who believes that a million-dollar divorce is on the horizon as the former Olympian has already “sought out a lawyer” to initiate divorce proceedings .

But, Karen Houghton, Kris' sister, told InTouch magazine that she would like them to get back together as the couple still do things together and added that Bruce is “a phenomenal brother-in-law.”

While the reason for the split is not immediately known, Houghton hinted that Kris’ inappropriate behavior with her daughter’s partners may be a cause. “I’ve heard she flirts with Scott and [Disick] and Lamar [Odom] when she’s drunk. She’s my sister, and I support her. I feel bad for her,” Houghton told InTouch, according to Daily Mail.

This is not the first time news Kris' alleged flirting ways have sparked rumors of a divorce. In November last year, a National Enquirer report noted that Bruce was consulting lawyers after he reached a breaking point following Kris' incessant flirting with younger men.

“Bruce feels that Kris treats him like a doormat, and he’s had enough,” a source told the National Enquirer. “She constantly belittles his appearance and complains to mutual friends that he’s a boring old fart. Then she has the gall to flaunt her relationships with younger guys in his face!”

Houghton also shed light on Kris’ character, claiming the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star is “crazy and controlling,” and that she pushes her children to be stars.

“Money is her whole world. I’m not materialistic,” Houghton said. “But Kris is into Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Mercedes, Louis Vuitton, million-dollar rings on her fingers. She loves all the finer things in life.”

Houghton’s claims come just weeks after Star magazine reported that Kris is ashamed to be seen with her sister, as the reality show star believes Houghton does not live up to the Kardashian clan’s glam standards.

“Kris is so over the top when it comes to being image-conscious,” a family insider told the magazine. “And while Karen is a totally down-to-earth sweetheart, she certainly doesn’t come close to meeting the glam standards that Kris likes to publicly project for her family. That’s also more than likely why you never see Karen on any of the family TV shows,” the Star magazine report added.
