Kris Jenner and her children, Kim and Rob Kardashian, will be heading to court to counter Blac Chyna’s claims against them.

In the initial court documents obtained by US Weekly, Jenner and the Kardashian siblings alleged that it was Chyna that caused the cancellation of “Rob & Chyna” from E!

The reality TV show, which premiered in September of last year, only aired until December 2016. Chyna claimed that Jenner, who happens to be the manager of all of her kids, made sure that the network won’t pick up the show for a second season.

However, Jenner and the Kardashian siblings said that Chyna’s restraining order filing against Rob was the reason why they could not give the show a second season.

“Plaintiff asked the court to issue an order prohibiting Rob from contacting her ‘either directly or indirectly, in any way’ and requiring Rob to stay away from plaintiff, her home and workplace. Given plaintiff’s conduct in seeking and obtaining a restraining order that required Rob to stay away from plaintiff and her workplace, no tier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of ‘Rob & Chyna’ would have picked up and filmed,” the court documents read.

Chyna originally filed a lawsuit against every single member of the Kardashian-Jenner family, but she dropped the suit against Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner last month.

The reality TV star’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, released a statement confirming their decision to narrow down the lawsuit.

“We recently filed an amended complaint to narrow the issues and parties in the case, which is about slut shaming, revenge porn and killing Chyna’s show after he broke up with Rob. We will continue to aggressively fight for Chyna’s rights as the case proceeds,” she said.

Jenner, Kim and Rob are expected to appear in court on Jan. 18. They are also requesting that the charges against them be dropped.
