Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian are facing legal charges after Jenner's former bodyguard Marc McWilliams sued them for sexual harassment, fostering a hostile work environment, as well as racial and gender discrimination and retaliation. The mother and daughter have denied the claims made against them.

"Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him," Jenner's lawyer Marty Singer told Page Six.

"The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.”

Singer added that while Kardashian was named in the lawsuit, she has not been accused of doing anything improper. The mother and daughter are suing back McWilliams and his attorneys for “malicious prosecution.”

In the court documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday, McWilliams claimed that he "became subject to a pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct" from his supervisor and Jenner since May 2017.

He alleged that Jenner made non-consensual physical contact that’s "inappropriate and sexual [in] nature." He complained to Jenner, his supervisor at Shield Security and to human resources but there was no action. Instead, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" momager allegedly "began intentionally retaliating against" him.

The Blast also obtained a copy of McWilliams’ complaint where he detailed the unwanted contact Jenner allegedly initiated.

"Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval" and "exposing portions of her body to Plaintiff in a lewd or suggestive manner," the document read.

He also alleged that Jenner would comment on his physical appearance, inquire about his sexual activities and suggest that they engage in a romantic and sexual relationship. Jenner also reportedly commented on other employees' physical appearance and sexual activities.
