Kris Jenner Thinks Bruce Transition Rumors Are ‘Just Dumb,’ But Is It Just A Ploy?

When it comes to the Bruce Jenner transition rumor, ex-wife Kris Jenner is making one thing clear: She thinks it’s dumb. The Kardashian matriarch refused to discuss his apparent gender-identity issue during an interview with Love magazine, as reported by Us Weekly.

The magazine asked, “Where did the rumors that he is transitioning come from?” Kris Jenner, 59, who previously had said the gossip was “silly,” dismissed the question. “I’m not even answering that. It’s just dumb.”

Otherwise, she said the father of her two youngest daughters, Kendall and Kylie, is swell. “Bruce is great. Bruce is good,” she told Love magazine. “We’re good friends. In life, you realize on some level you’re happier living apart than you are together, and that’s what happened with us. We just grew apart. We weren’t getting along like two people in love should be getting along. And it’s been kind of amazing, you know?”

Now, there are two different stories potentially in play here. Assuming Bruce Jenner is truly transitioning into a woman, either his ex-wife is in denial or she’s playing dumb.

One Us Weekly source claimed she’s ignorant about his change. “Kris is in complete denial about what’s going on with Bruce,” the source said. “She doesn’t talk about it at all and refuses to acknowledge it.”

But it all may be a ploy to cover up the fact that she believes changing his gender could damage the Kardashian-Jenner family brand, a source told TMZ. The matriarch knew the former Olympian struggled “with his sexual identity” for years, and she was afraid the news would “hurt the brand,” the source said.

Meanwhile, Bruce Jenner was recently involved in a multicar crash that left one woman dead. Police are currently investigating, and there is talk he could be charged with vehicular manslaughter should it be determined he was at fault in the accident, Perez Hilton wrote.
