Apple is expected to bring major design refresh to the iPhone 12 next year. Credible Apple tipster Ming-Chi Kuo previously predicted that the Apple iPhone 2020 line up will have 5G support. Interestingly, a new iPhone 12 concept imagines the upcoming flagship handset from the Cupertino-based tech giant to have a square camera module, a ProMotion display, and a full-screen notch-less display.

An iPhone 12 concept video, which gives us a glimpse at a full-screen iPhone, is gaining traction on YouTube. It has an industrially-flat edged square camera module at the back, which houses four camera lenses. The concept is shared by the YouTube channel Path of Design.

The channel imagines the iPhone 12 to have a Promotion display and a squared-off design. Other details in the design concept include reverse wireless charging that the Cupertino-based tech giant was able to pull last minute with iPhone 11 series and a shift to USB type C. Although we have not heard about camera upgrades for the next iPhone except for the heavily rumored time of flight sensor, the video shows the square camera with a fourth camera lens.

Multiple reports claim that the iPhone 12 will indeed feature a major design refresh. One of these claims came from TFI analyst and credible Apple tipster Ming-Chi Kuo. The Taiwan-based analyst predicts that the iPhone 12 will have three key features. This includes the new form-factor, camera upgrades, and 5G technology.

In April, Ming-Chi Kuo also predicts that iPhone 12 will have an all-new design that resembles the iPhone 4 and matches the design of the 2018 iPad Pro. In September, the analyst claims that the 2020 iPhone series will show a redesigned chassis, which will show a massive departure from the current design of curved stainless sides. The redesigned iPhone 12, according to Kuo, will make its way to the consumers in the fall of 2020.

Ming-Chi Kuo also predicts that the iPhone 12 will feature 5G and enhanced augmented reality features. The Cupertino-based tech giant recently acquired the cellular modem division of Intel to help them speed up the development of its cellular modems. However, several reports claim that it will not be ready for a while. This leaves Apple 2020 devices to using 5G modems made by Qualcomm.
