'KUWTK' Comes To An End: 5 Biggest Moments From The Show

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" is coming to an end, with its final season set to air in 2021.

Announcing the news, Kim Kardashian-West said she and her family were grateful to all the fans who were part of their journey through the good times as well as the bad ones.

"We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way," Kim said in a statement that was shared on her social media platforms.

As the show prepares for its final season, here’s a recap of five of the most iconic moments from the show.

Kim's diamond earring

In "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 6, Kim and her family went on a vacation to Bora Bora. Kim was accompanied by then-boyfriend Kris Humphries, who threw her into the ocean, causing Kim to lose her one of her $75,000 diamond earrings.

Kim's distressed cries gave rise to a lot of memes, but it was her elder sister Kourtney who took the cake with her response to the younger Kardashian sister's hysterics.

"Kim, there's people that are dying," Kourtney said.

Kanye West’s proposal

Kanye West proposed to Kim in the middle of San Francisco’s AT&T Park on her 33rd birthday, and the event was featured mid-way into Season 9. The surprise proposal was orchestrated by momager Kris Jenner and Kanye and featured a fireworks display as well as an orchestra playing Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful.”

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" Season 10 featured Kim and Kanye’s wedding at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy.

Caitlyn Jenner’s transition

In "KUWTK" Season 10, Caitlyn, formerly Bruce, sat down with her daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, to talk about her plan to transition to a woman. Both girls cried as they took in the news.

Kendall said she “couldn’t ask for a better dad” but admitted that it was scary when “someone says that Bruce is going to be gone.”

The two-part special called “About Bruce” also saw Caitlyn’s stepdaughters Khloe, Kim and Kourtney opening up about her coming out as transgender.

Kourtney and Kim's fight

The sisters had a go at each other in "KUWTK" Season 18.

The fight started verbally with Kim accusing Kourtney of not caring about work. However, things got heated and the fight became physical.

Kourtney announced that she was leaving the show after their spat aired.

Tristan Thompson's affair

"KUWTK" Season 15 featured the dramatic moment when Khloe learned that her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, was cheating on her. Khloe was expecting her first child with the Cleveland Cavaliers player when she learned the news.
