'KUWTK' Season 11 Spoilers: Kim Kardashian Gets Scary News Before Saint West’s Due Date In Finale Episode [RECAP]

Kim Kardashian is very pregnant and very stressed out during the Season 11 finale of E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." To make matters worse, the expectant mother is repeatedly delivered devastating news about her delivery and her and husband Kanye West's home.

The episode kicks off with an angry Kim firing off aggressively worded emails to her contracting team after encountering another major roadblock in the construction of her home. She shares with her sister Kourtney that there was a light fixture mix-up that could keep her, Kanye and daughter North West living with her mom Kris for several more months. With Saint West's due date creeping up on her — and two long years at Casa de Kris under her belt — Kim is beyond frustrated. She schedules an "emergency meeting" with her contractor to figure out what changes they can make to ensure they're in the house when Saint is born.

As if that isn't stressful enough, she later makes a visit to her doctor during which she's told that her son will be born sooner than expected. She tells her family that she's going to have to give birth to Saint within the next two weeks — oh, and he's breech. Kim's doctor also worries that her swollen ankles, high blood pressure and other complications may be signs that her preeclampsia has returned. Desperate to avoid a cesarean section or otherwise complicated delivery, Kim stresses about ways to turn her baby around.

Taking note of the many different stressors in Kim's life, Kris decides to do what she does best and puts on her momager hat. She purchases a property nearby, which she notes was once owned by Kim's grandparents, in the hopes that it will make a good temporary home for her while Kim and Kanye settle into being the parents of two. Kris brings Kim over to share the good news and Kim's water breaks. Surprise!

While Kim's pregnancy woes made up a majority of the Season 11 finale drama, there were plenty of other problems plaguing the rest of the Kardashian crew. Kylie and Kendall spent much of the episode at odds after Kylie, along with the rest of the family, was asked not to attend Kendall's high-profile fashion show. Kylie cracks under the many false tabloid stories reporting that she is jealous of Kendall. The pair are able to settle their differences during a press tour in Australia when Kylie finally speaks up about her true feelings.

Khloé was also out and about doing some self promotion for her book "Strong Looks Better Naked." While she was able to put on a smile for her fans, Khloé was admittedly stressed about estranged husband Lamar Odom's hospitalization. She fields questions about Odom like a champion, but tries to be careful about what information she shares and what she keeps to herself. Behind the scenes she admits to her family that doctors are not pleased with the progress, or lack thereof, in Odom's recovery.
