Kris Jenner is the one and only momager.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is the official owner of the "momager" trademark. It took two years of legal battle before the name was granted to Kris, TMZ reported.

In 2015, Kris' use of the word momager was blocked by the trademark office because it was too similar to an existing trademark "momanger." The TV personality and the individuals behind the "momanger" trademark worked together to settle the dispute in November.

While the "momager" trademark is officially given to Kris, there is a catch. The settlement prohibits the reality star to use it for any reality TV or web programming. So, Kris could not use it on her 'KUWTK' spinoff.

In related news, Kris just purchased a $9.9 million home across her daughter Kim Kardashian's residence. The momager has been reportedly asking Kim and her husband, Kanye West to move back into her home. However, since Kim and West's family is growing she knows that it is unlikely to happen. In fact, the couple is expecting their third baby via surrogate.

It remains unknown when Kris will be moving into her new home as she has not listed her current house. Also, she has not moved anything from her old residence to the new one.

Kris' new property is a two-story mansion with 9,400 square-feet living space and a total of 1.28 acres of land. It has six bedrooms, seven baths and a theater room. It also includes a backyard, which is perfect for the momager's barbeque parties.

While Kris just purchased a new home, her daughter, Kendall Jenner just sold her starter home in Los Angeles. The highest-paid model listed her property for $1.6 million. It has been listed for six months in the market and was sold at a much lower price at $1.4 million.

Kendall's previous home was huge and spacious. It features an open-plan design with wooden flooring.

It has two bedrooms with double windows giving one a great view onto the Westwood neighborhood. The bedroom has a white and grey theme with draped curtains.

Meanwhile, it has three bathrooms. The master bathroom suite includes a free-standing bathtub and a separate shower cubicle with toilet and double basin area.
