Kyle Richards On Being Sober For Nearly 7 Months: 'I Don't Miss It At All'
Kyle Richards is enjoying sobriety and is not reaching for a glass of alcohol anytime soon.
After previously sharing her morning fitness routine on Instagram and denying she used Ozempic to shed weight, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star replied to questions sent to her by fans earlier this week. She also shared her responses on her Instagram Story.
One follower asked how she was handling her break from alcohol.
The 54-year-old actress replied, "Truth is I don't miss it at all" and added she does not have a "time frame" on when she will ever again drink a glass of wine or margarita, People reported.
Richards continued to talk about her sobriety, "I feel amazing so don't see the point right now." She revealed she will mark her seven months of sobriety on Feb. 15.
Another follower asked if she misses margaritas, and the mother of four answered, "So far, no."
In a previous Instagram Story, a fan asked if she would return to drinking alcoholic beverages when "RHOBH" filming resumes. Richards replied, "I don't plan on it. With that said, some of these women have been known to drive someone to drink," reported E! News.
Richards has been actively documenting her workout routine and diet on social media. She recently shut down speculations that she was using the Type 2 diabetes medication Ozempic to lose weight.
She also responded to a person who claimed her physical transformation resulted from "many visits to the plastic surgeon."
"I have never tried Ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery. I did have a breast reduction in May. I'm honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister," the "Halloween Ends" star said.
Last month, she explained her fitness routine in an interview with Amazon Live.
"My workout routine, I shake it up—I do something different every day. I do the Peloton, a very long, extensive ab routine. I'm now doing weights. I always did light weights, but now I've increased my weights that I'm lifting. And then I will run, either outside or—depending on the weather—or I will run on the treadmill," Richards said.
