This year’s “FIFA 21” ratings put Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe, Wolves winger Adama Traore and Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies as the fastest players in the game with the highest pace rating of 96.

In a compilation done by Goal, the three are the best in terms of their speed on the field. The pace rating determines how fast a player walks and runs when being controlled by a user. The previous version of the game had Mbappe and Traore tied as the quickest players among every controllable character. This year bumps Davies among the best as a reflection of how he’s played in real life.

The Bayern Munich left-back has been phenomenal in the past year as he’s proven to be a consistent piece for his squad. The 19-year-old saw playing time in this year’s Champions League where he contributed to his club winning the title. Out of his 11 appearances, he was able to start in eight matches and managed to tally four assists.

For Traore, he’s still considered as one of the more athletic people on the sport. The manner of how he leaves everyone with his explosive first step and physicality is an asset for any club to have. With the combination of power, speed and balance, his presence for the Wolves has been a big boost for the organization.

Being the cover athlete of this year’s game, Mbappe is ranked as one of the top stars overall. With a rating of 90, Mbappe is only a few markers below Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo who are the leading players in “FIFA 21”. The accolades of the 21-year-old continue to pile up as he’s proven time and time again how he’s among the top overall players of the sport. With a current market value of 180 million Euros, the center forward is ready to continue dominating as the star of PSG and as a top player in video games.

Fans of the sport and of the "FIFA" series can anticipate the early access of the game scheduled on Oct 1, 2020.
