Kylie Jenner has publicly set the record straight that she did not brag about her wealth in a private conversation with Alex Rodriguez at the Met Gala. The baseball player has also accepted his mistake on social media, and confirmed that they spoke about “Game of Thrones” and not about the billionaire’s wealth.

The problem started when Rodriguez told Sports Illustrated that he sat next to Kylie and her sister Kendall Jenner at the same table at the Met Gala, and added that she talked about Instagram, her lipstick, and “how rich she is.” Kylie has been named as the youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes magazine, but she has confirmed on social media that she did not brag about her wealth as the baseball player has said.

Commenting on a story about Rodriguez’s statement about her, Kylie took to Twitter to set the record straight. The billionaire explained that she didn’t speak about Instagram, her lipstick, or her wealth. Instead, she spoke about “Game of Thrones.”

With the discussion taking place on social media, some of Kylie’s fans also shared their opinion online, People reported. The fans, who have been watching the billionaire’s social media posts and comments on the family’s popular reality TV series, pointed out that it is not in her nature to brag about her wealth.

Rodriguez accepted his mistake on social media. Responding to Kylie’s message, the baseball player confirmed that it was actually he who spoke about the billionaire’s makeup line and about how much his daughters love the makeup mogul. He also confirmed that they spoke about “Game of Thrones” by adding the topic in a hashtag in his post.

Kylie is a big fan of “Game of Thrones,” and she has referenced the show multiple times in the recent past. The show aired its last season this year. After the premiere of the show, Kylie flirted with her boyfriend Travis Scott using references from the show, E! News reported.
