Kylie Jenner Jokes About 'Kind Of' Being Married In 'I Am Cait' Video, Meets Caitlyn Jenner For The First Time In Newly Released Clip
The first clip of Kylie and Caitlyn Jenner's emotional first introduction on "I Am Cait" is finally here. On July 22 it was reported that the 17-year-old had allowed E!'s cameras to tag along as she popped in to Caitlyn's Malibu home, seeing her as a woman for the very first time. While the newly released video features a very special moment between Kylie and her father, there's something else going on in the clip worth noting.
After surprising Caitlyn and getting over the initial shock, Kylie received a special gift from her grandmother Esther Jenner. As Us Weekly reports, the 89-year-old gave her granddaughter a photo of herself at 17. Kylie appeared elated with the thoughtful present, noting that she has definitely taken after Caitlyn's side of the family looks-wise. Esther shared with her youngest grandchild a little background about when the photo was taken, noting that, at her age, she was already married. Kylie then cracks a joke about her own relationship status that's raising eyebrows all accross the Internet.
"Kind of like me?" she said.
Since September 2014 rumors have been circulating suggesting that Kylie is in a relationship with rapper Tyga. The pair are said to have gotten together shortly after he called off his engagement to Blac Chyna, with whom he shares a 2-year-old child. Throughout the course of there might-be relationship various stories have surfaced about the two, including one which began circulating in June suggesting they had decided to elope. It is unclear if that's what Kylie was referencing in the "I Am Cait" clip.
Kylie's not the only one who allowed her introduction to Caitlyn be filmed. Half-sister Kim Kardashian and her hubby Kanye West brought E! along as they too popped in for a surprise visit. The 34-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is said to have been amazed at how much Caitlyn looked like younger sister Kendall Jenner. She reportedly gushed about how thin and beautiful Caitlyn was post-transition while Kanye focused on her strength and courage. The "All Day" rapper, who Caitlyn noted has never been particuarily close with her, told her, "you couldn't have been up against more."
Caitlyn's E! docuseries premieres this Sunday, July 26, at 8 p.m. EDT on E! Check out the latest clip below:
