Kylie Jenner Plans To Lose Weight By Working Out And Eating Better
Kylie Jenner reportedly is working out to lose weight. The reality star recently spilled the beans about her diet at the launch event of her Kylie Hair Kouture extension line at Bellami Beauty Bar. She also revealed she is lactose intolerant.
"I'm working out and I'm eating a lot better. I just became lactose intolerant like, this year. And I love like, cheese and everything so I'm so mad but, I dunno, I just, it was my year to eat bad. I was like, while I'm young, I might as well,” she told Eonline.
She also added that she is controlling her diet only for health reasons. Jenner reportedly gained 15 pounds earlier this year. She posted a throwback photo of herself in March on Instagram where she can be seen at a gas station. She appeared to be wearing black leggings and a white T-shirt and had captioned it as ‘throwback to when I was 15 pounds skinnier & had a little blonde goin on.”
Meanwhile, for the Bellami Beauty Bar event, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan wore a white jumpsuit and blue hair extensions. She also talked about sister Khloe Kardashian’s fitness regime and how the latter lost all her water weight. “I don't know if she wants me to tell people this, that she was allergic to coconut oil and she was cooking everything with coconut oil. So then she stopped that and then she like, lost all the water weight. She's doing really great,” she said.
For Jenner, Kardashian is an inspiration and she reportedly wants to follow into her footsteps to lose that extra weight. Kardashian has been following a vigorous gym routine to get into shape. She has also been sharing pictures from the gym on Instagram where she can be seen sweating it out.
