Kylie Jenner Reveals Biggest Challenge She Faces When Dating
“Life of Kylie” star Kylie Jenner has problems just like everybody else. In a sneak peek for Sunday’s episode of the reality show, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan opens up to her father, Caitlyn Jenner, about her struggles in the dating area.
“What’s going on? Do you have any life left in you?” Caitlyn asks a depressed-looking Kylie in a clip shared by E! News. “We gotta do something, you can’t sit around here and mope.”
Kylie then explains why she is feeling bummed. “The hardest part about having a relationship for me is just that it’s blasted all over the Internet. You have to hear about other people’s opinions on who you’re with. It’s a lot. Most of the time it’s just not true. Like you have no idea what I’m like in a relationship, what kind of bond I have with somebody else,” she said.
Kylie was probably feeling blue over her split from on-again, off-again boyfriend Tyga, although the rapper’s name was never mentioned. Right after breaking up, she started seeing another rapper named Travis Scott.
In the end, Kylie comes to the conclusion that people will say whatever they want to say on social media. “You cannot win with the Internet. There’s no winning,” Kylie adds. “It’s just unnecessary negativity. I feel like I’m in a relationship with the world sometimes.”
Nobody really knows why Kylie and Tyga broke up, but many fans suspect it was because of the rapper’s tendency to be unfaithful. In November 2015, the former couple parted ways because Tyga went behind the lip kit mogul’s back.
“She’s caught him lying and talking to other girls behind her back before, and this was the last straw,” one source told People, adding that Kylie felt “super betrayed and is just so pissed off, damaged and hurt about it.”
Kylie still welcomed Tyga back despite the broken trust, but it seemed like their relationship was doomed to fail. But while she has remained silent about their split, the same cannot be said of Tyga. During an interview with the Breakfast Club Power 105.1 FM, he said that their decision to break up was mutual and stressed that “I have love for her but I’m not in love no more.”
