Kylie Jenner Trademarks ‘Kylie Hair’; What Does This Mean For ‘KUWTK’ Star?

Kylie Jenner has trademarked “Kylie Hair.”

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is trying to expand her business by joining the hair industry. Jenner has reportedly filed a trademark for “Kylie Hair,” TMZ first reported.

This means that Jenner will be manufacturing hair care products including shampoos, conditioners, oils, gels, mousse and dye. In addition, she wants to lock down products for hair styling like dryers, curling irons and brushes.

The 22-year-old reality star is already making a big name in the business world through Kylie Cosmetics, a giant brand, and Kylie Skin. She also filed a trademark for “Kylie Baby” which is expected to include products for babies like strollers, cribs, bouncers, bottles and more.

Jenner is very open about her business ventures. In an interview with Playboy in 2019, she admitted that she trademarks everything so that it’s ready to go once she pushes for that particular business.

“I haven’t started on wine and bed linens, but I think you probably overheard us trademarking everything in different categories so that if I ever decide to come out with wine or bed linens, it’ll be set up,” Jenner explained.

“After we built Kylie Cosmetics, I feel like I found a passion in building from the ground up and creating businesses and new companies. Now that I know the whole process really well, it comes easily to me and it’s really fun and definitely a passion of mine.”

According to Forbes, Jenner has over 125 trademarks. She also has a few after her daughter’s name Stormi. In 2016, Jenner attempted to trademark her first name “Kylie” but Australian singer Kylie Minogue already owned “KYLIE” and other similar trademarks in perfumes, toiletries and jewelry.

Meanwhile, Jenner’s friends are hoping that she will get back with her ex Travis Scott. According to them, the exes have been spending more time together as they co-parent their daughter and it’s obvious that they still love each other.
