Kylie Minogue, the new face for breast cancer
Kylie Minogue, the 41 year old popstar diagnosed with breast cancer during her Showgirl world tour last 2005, is the new face of a breast cancer charity campaign.
She poses in a silk sheet taken by the acclaimed photographer, Mario Testino, for the launch of a new Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC) campaign for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Sienna Miller and supermodel Claudia Schiffer joins Kylie who also posed for the campaign.
It means so much for me to be a part of this campaign for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. I support wholeheartedly this endeavor to raise funds for the work started by Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Kylie said.
The campaign will include a range of specially created clothing including Marks and Spencer and Topshop, online and designer collections over the past six weeks.
Kylie has spoken about how breast cancer changed her life forever.
I learned that once you're there, you can never go back to a normal state, instead you have to create a new normal state. I have to accept life for its triumphs and defeats, take the good from the bad ones.
These experiences contributed to making me a more mature person.
