Lady Gaga has built her career on shocking the public, and in the coming issue of Vogue magazine, the pop star said that despite her fame she is still able to dance topless in bars and have sex in public places. This news comes just days after the 26-year-old singer posted a maybe-nude picture of herself being held in a pool by boyfriend Taylor Kinney.

According to the Washington Times, Gaga thanks her friends during the interview for not letting the paparazzi catch her having sex on a beach. Gaga also fessed up to wanting to "feel a little irresponsible and act like I'm 19." It's her second appearance on the cover of the fashion magazine, which celebrates its 120th anniversary issue with Gaga on the front.

"I'm a complete free spirit, so, even though you don't see it, I still find time to have sex at night on the beach when no one's around," Gaga said, reports AOL. It's a quote that's sure to make waves and send the paparazzi scrambling for the beach when the sun goes down.

"Or roll into a bar and get [bleeped] up, and dance with my top off. It's just that no one ever sees that, because I have great real friends who never let me do it when I would get caught."

The September issue of Vogue goes on sale Aug. 21 and features a cover shot of Gaga that recalls famous drag queen RuPaul. Vogue has a behind-the-scenes look at what went down at the photo shoot.

"Who else sees me channeling @RuPaul on the COVER of VOGUE," Lady Gaga tweeted Thursday. "If only I was as fierce as you bitch. I did try to come for you with that weave."

The cover picture has the blogosphere buzzing before the magazine has even hit shelves. People magazine describes her pose as "statuesque, almost Gumby-like, donning a pink Marc Jacobs fishtail gown paired with puffed-out hair..." The report also said Gaga goes into detail about her decision to wear the famous - or infamous - dress made out of raw meat to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

"I said, 'Ok, what if I was someone's grandma and I was going to a concert tonight, how would I know that it was a Gaga show?' And we all just sort of looked at each other and said, 'The meat dress.'"

In Lady Gaga's first Vogue shoot, she appeared in pictures with a Hansel and Gretel theme, which you can find by clicking here.
