Lady Gaga can literally stop 'traffic'
After Amazon put Lady Gaga's album on sale for a mere $0.99 earlier this week, the site had server complications due to a high volume of downloads. Amazon's servers were not prepared for the amount of traffic that the deal would bring, thus, many fans were unable to take advantage of the deal the first time around. That's why today Amazon is offering the same low price for Gaga's new album, 'Born This Way.'
Since the deal's inception, Gaga's album shot up as Amaon's best-selling MP3 album, and it continues to remain on its throne at the number one spot today.
In case Amazon experiences any server issues today, iTunes still sells the album for (the more common price of) $11.99.
