Lady Gaga known for her eccentric dress style has not failed to disappoint this time at the MTV Video Music Awards ceremony on Sunday wearing a half-face mask and an all-black feathered dress.

The 23-year-old singer made quite an impression as she arrived at the Radio City Music Hall wearing black lace Jean Paul Gaultier dress with Dragon print silk underlay from Gaultier's fall/winter ready to wear collection.

I'm just happy to be here, and I'm excited for everyone to win, said the singer, who walked the carpet with Kermit the Frog.

Lady Gaga has been nominated for nine awards.

Lady Gaga
