American-Italian singer Lady Gaga never fails to disappoint. Between the period 2010 and 2011, her outrageous meat dress and bizarre nerdy looks gave way to embryonic incubation and an almost Brit-like elegance.

The singer, meanwhile, took pains to ensure that not only would her eccentric couture options grab the headlines but her headgear, asymmetrical costumes and assorted other outfits would not be far behind.

You might be forgiven if you chose not to consider the singer as one of the better dressed people on the planet. However... you would be wrong.

Lady Gaga makes it to Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed list for 2011.
