Lady Gaga's outfits: Gaga goes green in Japan [pictures]

Lady Gaga looked less Gaga and more Victoria Beckham when she arrived at Japan's Narita International Airport on Tuesday. Gaga was wearing a green leather trench coat and green Christian Louboutin heels. Both her coat and her heels matched her hair color.

Gaga is fresh off major wins and a performance at ther MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Canada on Sunday night. Gaga's appearance helped make the 2011 awards a rating record as over a million people tuned in. The awards show became the most-watched, non-news program on Canadian television.

Gaga also went bald last week, performing her song 'Hair' on a UK T.V. show, well, without hair. Within minutes of the performance being posted online, 'bald Gaga' was trending worldwide on Twitter. Fans were trying to decide if Gaga was actually bald or if it was a bald cap.

It's been a busy week for Gaga but she's as grateful as ever. She tweeted on Monday, I can't tell you how much last ngiht meant to me Canada, + all monsters. This week was very intense + reflective. Thank u for supporting me.
