Lady In Red: Amal Clooney Gives Vintage Vibes In Red Dress
Amal Clooney looked chic in a red shirt dress as she hit the streets of New York Wednesday. The 37-year-old fashion icon was pictured alone on the streets of Big Apple.
The dress gave a very vintage 1940s vibe. The tweed dress, which featured short shirt sleeves and a chic collar, was by Dolce & Gabbana, and featured open front with smart buttons in red and was cinched in the waist. It also has zipper detailing in the back.
The sleek dress ended just near the knees and showed off her long and toned pins. The form fitting number also flaunted her slender figure. She paired striking dress with a brown bag and white and brown pointed toe pumps. The exact number is not available for purchase.
The British-Lebanese lawyer also opted for her favorite glossy blowout. Her long tresses were styled in side part with loose curls. Her daytime look was kept simple some eyeliner and her statement red lipstick.
The night before, she opted to turn heads in her simple yet stylish ensemble for her night out. She and George attended a screening for the latter’s 2001 hit film “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” The couple were in good spirits as they arrived for the screening and remained close throughout the night.
Amal wore an emerald green mini dress. It was sleeveless and had a high neck. It also featured a pleated skirt and an asymmetric hemline. The fashion icon made a style statement in the dress by Versace, which belongs to its Fall 2015 collection (Look 42).
Continuing to celebrate their one-year anniversary, she grabbed the spotlight from her husband. She paired her vibrant hues dress with matching strappy high heels by Jimmy Choo. She accessorized her look with long earrings, a chunky bracelet and carried a gold box clutch.
Amal’s flawless makeup consisted of lots of mascara and black eyeliner. She also applied some bronzer and pink blush. She finished her look with her statement red lipstick. Her long tresses were styled into her favorite glossy blowout and loose curls.
