Lamar Odom-Khloé Kardashian Update: James Harden Worried ‘KUWTK’ Star ‘Too Wrapped Up’ In Estranged Husband’s Life
Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend, James Harden, is concerned about his relationship with the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star as Lamar Odom moves into her house, Hollywood Life reported. Odom, who was hospitalized in October after being found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel, was discharged from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles last week.
Kardashian reportedly insisted that Odom should stay close to her so that she can take better care of him. However, Harden is not happy with his girlfriend’s decision. According to some other reports, Odom is currently in a rehabilitation facility near Kardashian’s Calabasas, Los Angeles, home.
"James is not happy with Lamar’s new living situation at Khloé’s. This is not ideal. James is mad because Khloé’s way too wrapped up in Lamar’s life,” a source told Hollywood Life. “James knows a lot about Lamar from mutual NBA friends and he knows Lamar’s a fighter and that he’s madly in love with Khloé.”
“James wants Lamar to make a full recovery just like everyone else, but he is concerned that by Lamar and Khloé spending so much time together and living under the same roof — old sparks can ignite,” the source reportedly added.
Meanwhile, Radar Online reported that Odom’s children, Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr., 13, didn't know their father had been released from the hospital.
“The move did come as a surprise, as they learned about it after reading it online,” another source told Radar Online. “The facility Lamar has been moved to is much closer to Khloé Kardashian’s house, and he will be there for six to eight weeks.”
On Monday, Odom was reportedly spotted being driven around Los Angeles. The 36-year-old former NBA player was pictured the same day prosecutors ruled that they won't charge Odom with any drug counts related to an alleged overdose that led to his hospitalization.
Last week, while talking to reporters during a panel for her new show, “Kocktails With Khloé,” at the Television Critics Association’s winter press tour, the 31-year-old reality TV star gave an update on Odom’s health.
“Lamar is good,” she reportedly said, adding: “I’m just there to support and care for him. But he is doing amazing and I’m so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that’s his battle, and I’m so grateful for everybody’s love and concern because I think it is coming from a good place.”
