Lamar Odom’s Angry Tweet To Father Was Not Written By Him: Report

Lamar Odom, who on Tuesday was reported to have slammed his estranged father, Joe, through an extended message on Twitter for badmouthing his wife Khloe Kardashian and her family, did not write the Twitter post, TMZ reported, citing people close to the NBA player.

Odom’s friends told the website that he does not have access to the Internet and that because he is paranoid about people tapping his phone, he does not use it for more than 15 seconds. Visitors to his house are also not encouraged to use their phones, and it is confiscated at the door.

Reportedly, Odom uses a special phone app that allows him to send text messages to others, but the messages automatically get deleted once they are read. The app notifies the sender if a screenshot of the message is taken.

Odom, whose problems with drug abuse has been grabbing headlines in recent times, is said to be holed up in a gated community home about 100 miles from Los Angeles. According to TMZ, his life now revolves around cocaine, and he has two women in their 20s to keep him company.

He is reportedly intimate with one of them, and is not worried about Kardashian leaving him. But, according to a Radar Online report, the couple will spend their fourth wedding anniversary together on Sept. 27.

“Lamar reached out to Khloe and expressed his desire for them to spend their anniversary together,” a source told Radar Online. “He couldn’t imagine letting it pass without seeing Khloe.”

But, because their lives have been under a constant media glare following reports of Odom’s cheating and drug abuse, the event will not be an extravagant affair.

“It will be low-key, and away from the prying eyes of the public,” the source said, adding: “This anniversary will be unlike any other. Although their marriage is on the rocks, no one is ready to pull the plug on the relationship.”
