The highly visible baby bump of French First Lady, Carla Bruni, at the Group of 8 summit meeting on Thursday confirms the pregnancy rumors that have circulated in the last couple of months.

Dressed in a white shift along with a black overall and black kitten hills, the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy made no effort to hide her rounded belly as she posed for photos with the wives of other political leaders attending the meeting, the New York Times reported.

Nicolas Sarkozy has three children from his previous marriages while Carla is the mother of a 10-year old son.

Upon her arrival at the event, she was given a bouquet of flowers by Svetlana Medvedev, the wife of President Dmitri A. Medvedev of Russia.
