Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has just purchased three apartments in New York for an estimated $80 million. The units include a penthouse and two units below on Fifth Ave, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Just fresh off his divorce from MacKenzie, Bezos is rumored to be dating former news anchor Lauren Sanchez. There was no word if the new apartments will be converted into one or if Sanchez will be moving in.

The apartments have a total of 17,000 square feet and 12 bedrooms. The purchase is the second priciest closed this year with the first being a $238 million penthouse purchased by Ken Griffin, according to the news outlet.

The new purchase adds to the four condos that Bezos owns on the Upper West Side. In addition, Amazon had been shopping Long Island City, New York, for a headquarter location, but pulled out of the deal when the city allegedly couldn’t come to an agreement with the e-commerce giant.

The Fifth Ave apartments were converted into condos in 2015. Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent on the property, which John Burger of Brown Harris Steven representing Bezos, the Wall Street Journal reported.
