Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay returned to the set on Monday for the first time since suffering a collapsed lung, an rep confirms to People.

The Emmy-winning actress, who has played detective Olivia Benson in the long-running TV drama since 1999, was back in action at a studio in North Bergen, N.J.

The show had to shut down production for a week.

Her SVU co-star Richard Belzer had said on The View that Mariska had a little accident sledding over the holidays. Her rep did not confirm the cause of her injury.

The 45-year-old actress was absent from the recent Golden Globes and SAG awards, despite being nominated for both.
