The HTC One M9 was unveiled with much fanfare during the Mobile World Congress tech event in March this year. And LG unveiled the G4 handset a month later and it is now available for preorder in the U.S.

The HTC One M9 looks like its predecessor, only more "premium," thanks to the metal construction. It measures 9.6 mm in thickness and weighs 157 grams. Since it has a curved body like the LG G Flex 2, the thickness of the device ranges from 6.3 mm to 9.8 and it weighs 155 g.

Unlike the Snadpragon 810 chip that is plagued with throttling and lower-performance issues, the Snadpragon 808 chip is free from such issues. The LG G4’s chipset is supported by 3 GB of RAM. The native storage available on the LG G4 is 32 GB and the external storage slot can support up to 128 of microSD.

Camera And Software

The 20 MP rear camera on the HTC One M9 is powered by dual-LED flash. The front features a 4 MP camera. The LG G4 has a 16 MP camera that comes with support for Optical Image Stabilization and LED flash.

The HTC One M9 is shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop along with LG UX 4.0 graphics. On the other side, the LG G4 comes preloaded with the most recent Android 5.1.1 Lollipop overlaid with Sense 7.0 UI.
