Lifetime 'Really Cozy Christmas' 2017 Movie Schedule: When To Watch Holiday Films
Lifetime is preparing to ring in the holidays this weekend by officially kicking off their "Really Cozy Christmas" programming with six brand new feature-length holiday movies set to air every weekend through December 16, in addition to six mini-movies as well.
So if you're looking for some great holiday movies to catch, be sure to check out the movies Lifetime will be offering, as they're sure to find ways to tug at your heart in the process. Before settling in with a warm cup of cocoa however, check out what the 12 new films are all about:
"Wrapped Up in Christmas"- Premieres Saturday, Nov. 25, at 8 p.m. EST
Heather's (Tatyana Ali) new romance with Ryan (Brendan Fehr) could be ruined when it becomes clear that she is supposed to close his aunt's underperforming toy store at the mall she manages. However, Ryan also has a big secret of his own he's been keeping from his new girlfriend.
"A Family For Christmas" Mini-Movie- Premieres Saturday, Nov. 25, at 10 p.m. EST
When Becky discovers that her elderly neighbor Grace's children won't be home for Christmas, she takes it upon herself to invite her to join her family instead for Christmas Eve.
"A Very Merry Toy Store" - Premieres Sunday, Nov. 26, at 8 p.m. EST
Connie Forrester (Melissa Joan Hart) and Will DiNova (Mario Lopez) have been business rivals for years, until both find their livelihoods threatened when a big box toy store Roy's Toys," opens up in their town just before Christmas. As they work together to try and find a way to save their stores, they may just find love as well.
"The Snowman" Mini-Movie- Premieres, Sunday, Nov. 26, at 10 p.m, EST
A woman wakes up to discover that the snowman she made the day before has turned into the perfect man. However, when she wakes up Christmas morning to find he's a snowman again, she's left to wonder if it was all just a dream.
"Four Christmases and a Wedding" -Premieres Saturday, Dec. 2, at 8 p.m. EST
Chloe's (Arielle Kebbel) whirlwind romance with Evan seems like a dream come true, until he is transferred overseas for work just before Christmas. Now, every year, their paths cross at the same local Christmas festival where they met, though something—or someone—always seems to manage to stand in their way. Will year four finally bring them their magical happy holiday?
"The Ugly Christmas Sweater"Mini-Movie- Premieres Saturday, Dec. 2, at 10 p.m. EST
An unfortunate turn of events that involve her wearing her Grandmother's ugly Christmas sweater present becomes the key to Megan winning over both her boss and her new beau.
"My Christmas Prince" - Premieres Sunday, Dec. 3, at 8 p.m. EST
Samantha (Alexia Knapp) is delighted when her boyfriend, Alex, a European diplomat from the small country of Madelvia, accompanies her home to Maple Falls, Wyoming—until she learns that Alex is actually a prince. Now, Samantha will have to decide if she's going to accept life as a royal after this Christmas, or if she's going to have to give her prince a holiday kiss goodbye.
"Dear Santa" Mini-Movie- Premieres, Sunday, Dec. 3, at 10 p.m. EST
After learning a woman has been sad following her own mother's death, a mailman resolves to deliver gifts to the woman every day in the hopes of reminding her of the Twelve Days of Christmas.
"Christmas in Mississippi"- Premieres Saturday, Dec. 9, at 8 p.m. EST
Holly Logan (Jana Kramer) returns to her hometown of Gulfport, Mississippi to pitch in and help the town rebuild a Christmas festival that was knocked out after a terrible hurricane five years ago. However, when she learns her high school boyfriend Mike (Wes Brown) is running things, Holly is appalled. But as they spend more time together, she begins to wonder if maybe she could not only fall in love with home again, but Mike as well.
"Holiday Trap" Mini-Movie- Premieres Saturday, Dec. 9, at 10 p.m. EST
After a couple on the brink of divorce gets trapped in an elevator together on Christmas Eve, they begin to learn where they went wrong and work to repair their relationship.
"Snowed-Inn Christmas"- Premieres Saturday, Dec. 16 at 8 p.m. EST
Jenna Hudson (Bethany Joy Lenz) and Kevin Jenner (Andrew Walker) both volunteer for a special writing assignment for work, but when a snowstorm forces the polar opposites to instead land in Santa Claus, Indiana, their shift focuses to saving the town's historic inn. At they work together to create a little Christmas magic, they could find themselves also seeing something special in one another.
"Christmas Grandpa" Mini-Movie- Premieres Saturday, Dec. 16, at 10 p.m. EST
When a young girl asks a grouchy old man to be her Grandpa for Christmas, the love she shows him transforms him.
