Lifetime’s ‘Deadly Mile High Club’ Movie Premiere: Cast, Plot, Trailer

Lifetime brings viewers another movie involving romantic obsession with the premiere of “Deadly Mile High Club.” The network’s original thriller stars Allison McAtee, Marc Herrmann and Anna Marie Dobbins.

“A deranged female flight instructor obsesses over her handsome student, using her piloting skills to destroy the people in his life and seduce him into loving her,” a synopsis for the film reads.

As the trailer reveals, the student, Jake, is married, but his instructor, Tanya, isn’t one to take no for an answer. She can be seen undressing on the plane, engaging in violent fits of rage and using chloroform to kidnap his wife, Annie, who’s been skeptical from the start.

“Listen, she doesn’t love you,” McAtee’s character pleads to Herrmann’s character.

The preview teases viewers with the words “fasten your seatbelts for a bumpy ride.”

McAtee, who embodies the obsessive pilot, is known for her role as Maggie Day in the OWN series “ The Haves and the Have Nots.” She can also be seen in “Bloomington” as Catherine and in “Californication” as Ali Andrews. McAtee also snagged the role of Dubai Beauty in “Iron Man.” She’s also made appearances in the TV series “Lucifer,” “Over Easy”, and “Revenge.”

Other than the role of Jake, Herrmann starred in the TV Movie “Blood Brothers” as Young Eric. He’s also made appearances in various short films including “ Leather Bound,” “Hummingbird,” and “The Love that it Takes.” He also appeared in another Lifetime film titled “The Wrong Nanny.”

Dobbins, who stars as Annie, also appeared in the Lifetime movie “The Wrong House Sitter” as Kristen. Her other credits include a role as Jen in the TV film “Christmas Matchmakers” and Melissa in “Stalked by My Doctor: Patient's Revenge.” She’s also appeared in “Being Mary Jane” alongside Gabrielle Union and the series “My Crazy Ex.”

"Deadly Mile High Club" premieres on Lifetime on Saturday at 8 p.m. EDT.
