Lil Wayne Denied From Attending Thunder-Spurs Game

Rapper Lil Wayne was denied from attending Thursday night's game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs and he wasn't happy about it.

Lil Wayne announced to his close to seven million Twitter followers that the Thunder wouldn't allow him into the team's arena for Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.

Was going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena. Wow. Smh. Go Spurs! the rapper tweeted.

The reason he wasn't allowed in? He didn't have a ticket, according to a Thunder spokesperson.

Dan Mahoney told the Associated Press that Lil Wayne's representative did reach out to the organization about tickets, but requested a front row seat for Lil Wayne and the team was unable to accommodate him.

We'd love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket, Mahoney said.

Mahoney mentioned that the Thunder have sold out every home game during the regular season and playoffs.
