Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan will appear nude on pornographic magazine Playboy, Lohan's spokesman confirmed on Monday, after the star served several hours in prison on weekends for violating probation on drunken driving and theft charges .

Lohan's spokesman Steve Honig said the actress had finished the photo shoot and will appear on the cover of Playboy.

The pictorial is absolutely fantastic and very tasteful, and will be accompanied by an interview that will let readers see another side of Lindsay, Honig said.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan will be featured in Playboy's January/February issue, which hits newsstands in late December, Playboy told Fox411.com.

Recently, the speculation about Lohan posing on Playboy was circulating on the Web even as the star was struggling with her current legal problems.

According to TMZ, Lohan had asked $1 million for posing naked for the adult magazine. However, Playboy offered her $750,000. Finally, they reportedly agreed on an amount near that figure.

Lohan, 25, who was best known for her performance in Disney movies such as The Parent Trap, has been struggling with legal trouble ever since she was convicted for drunk driving and drug use in 2007.

According to Fox411.com, now the star finds it difficult to act in movies because of her legal troubles and hence she has to find fashion and photo shoots to earn money.

Last week, Lohan was sentenced to serve 30 days in a Los Angeles jail for she had violated several probation charges including the charge for stealing a necklace from a jewelry store in 2011.

She checked in the jail on late Sunday night, but was released only five hours later on early Monday morning.

It's reported by Fox411.com that it's not Lohan's first time to pose nude. As early as 2008, she posed partially naked in New York magazine for a piece referencing Marilyn Monroe's famous 1962 shoot with photographer Bert Stern. Monroe had also appeared as a Playboy centerfold.
