Lindsay Lohan Turns 31: What’s Next For Actress Celebrating Birthday?

With only a little more than three decades to her name, Lindsay Lohan has lived a life not many can relate to. Starting out as a child actor and quickly becoming an A-list star, the fiery redhead has been at the center of tabloid headlines for years.

Although Lohan will be ringing in her 31st birthday on Sunday, the star is also in the process of making a career comeback and from the looks of her latest projects, it seems like the starlet is back on the track to success.

The actress kicked off her celebration a few days early starting on Thursday when she arrived in Mykonos, Greece. Lohan shared a selfie of herself on the plane letting her Instagram followers know she was ready to kick off her birthday festivities.

The actress was photographed enjoying herself on the beach and later boarded a boat to have some fun at sea. Although it is unclear who she plans to spend her special day with, Lohan invited a few stars to join her for her birthday celebration.

“#nicegirls @britneyspears @parishilton come to #mykonos for my birthday this weekend. @Beyonce you too,” she tweeted Tuesday. The celebrities have yet to respond to her invite on social media.

Birthday celebrations aside, Lohan recently announced her own subscription-based lifestyle website that will give subscribers an exclusive look into the actress’ life, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“You will get personal diaries, video updates, exclusive personal photos, breaking news, fashion and beauty tutorials, shopping guides, behind the scenes content and much more,” the actress stated on her profile located on a new site Preemium.

The subscription, which costs $2.99 a month, will also allow customers to view other stars prominent in other fields of the entertainment industry, however, this feature is “coming soon.” Lohan has already shared several selfies and a behind-the-scenes look at a secret photo shoot on the site.

Fans of the star can also expect to see Lohan on the small screen. The actress is in the process of shooting Season 2 of the British comedy series “Sick Note.” The star will play a character named Katerina West.

The series follows a young man named Daniel Glass, who is played by “Harry Potter” alum Rupert Grint. After being misdiagnosed with a fatal disease, the young man begins to admire the way people treat him due to his illness and opts out of telling those around him the truth about his clean bill of health.

The actress shared a moment from the set on Instagram which featured her in a scene. Although she did not tease any details about her character, she did reveal that she is having a good time. “#katerinawest. Me trying not to laugh on the amazing set of #SickNote with the great cast, crew, director and family,” she captioned the video.

Lohan will also star in the upcoming film “The Shadow Within.” The movie tells the story of a private investigator who tries to solve a murder. “A private investigator must unravel the murder of her uncle while keeping the secret that she is a descendant from a line of werewolves,” the synopsis states.

Whether she is acting on camera of frolicking on the beach, Lohan seems to be enjoying life and determined to make her 31st birthday a celebration to remember.
