‘Little People, Big World’ Couple Jeremy And Audrey Roloff Are Expecting; Find Out How They Got The Good News
The Roloff family is about to get a little bigger. “Little People, Big World” stars Jeremy and Audrey Roloff, who married in September 2014, have officially announced that they’re expecting and you won’t believe how they found out.
The couple shared the good news with Us Weekly, revealing that they found out Audrey was pregnant on the same night as Zach and Tori Roloff’s gender reveal party. Audrey was feeling sick to her stomach after the party and decided to take a pregnancy test, which was positive. She told Us she was totally shocked by the news, suggesting that they weren’t trying to get pregnant at the time.
“It didn’t hit me until I heard the heartbeat at our first doctor’s appointment,” she said.
While neither Matt or Amy Roloff, who made their divorce official in May 2016, have spoken out, they are said to be thrilled about the news. Jeremy told Us his mom and dad were overwhelmed with excitement, though both reacted very differently. Matt was slightly more emotional about the news that he was getting a second grandchild, while Amy was simply overjoyed.
“My dad teared up and my mom screamed,” Jeremy said.
Jeremy and Audrey shared adorable announcement photos on Instagram, posing in matching Carhartt jackets and holding one for their unborn child. Audrey can be seen smiling while looking at sonogram photos. In the caption, Jeremy wrote that he and Audrey were both “excited” and hopeful that their child — whose gender has yet to be announced — will be “a healthy baby Roloff!”
Zach and Tori announced the gender of their first child in January. The couple threw a party for 50 close friends and family members, according to Us Weekly, to share the news. In an Instagram photo taken during the bash, Tori can be seen posing with her husband while juggling pink and blue pom poms, writing, “It’s a... BOY!” The expectant mother went on to say that she was “so excited to finally find out.”
