Matt Roloff is trying to finish the new building at their farm ahead of his ex-wife’s wedding day.

The patriarch of the Roloff family took to Instagram Wednesday and shared a series of photos of the new building at Roloff Farms. Matt is rushing to finish it before Amy's wedding to Chris Marek that is set to happen on Aug. 28.

International Business Times couldn't confirm if the new building will be used as the venue for the wedding.

"Racing at full speed to get the new building finished before the Big day @amyjroloff and Chris wedding day!" he wrote in the caption. "Pulling out all the stops …16 days and counting! @rolofffarms is looking good."

The "Little People, Big World" star thanked his suppliers for delivering the materials on time. He tagged JELD-WEN for the windows. According to him, they did not only design fantastic products but "delivered on budget and ahead of schedule." He added, "I'm a new friend for life."

According to Matt, they are still waiting for the new metal roof to finish the whole building before the wedding. He also promised his followers that he will keep on sharing photos to keep them posted.

Matt's post received mixed responses from his followers. Many praised him for supporting Amy while some slammed the bride for allegedly still being bitter.

"Matt is a great man. Adventurous and light-hearted. I am happy for you. Not to bash your ex-wife, why is she still bitter and angry?" one asked.

"All this and Amy can't invite you to the wedding on your own property," another added.

Meanwhile, many also defended Amy and questioned the timing of the construction of the new building because they believed that it won't be used for the wedding anyway. For them, the construction was untimely and he should have waited until after Amy’s big day to work on it.

"Amy was right lol! You will have construction happening at the wedding!!" one commented.

"You just couldn’t wait til AFTER the wedding. Like you said. You always get your way. Zach has figured it out. Your way or the highway," another added.

Matt and Amy were married in 1987 and separated in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in 2016. They share four kids together, fraternal twins Jeremy and Zachary, 31, daughter Molly, 27, and Jacob, 24, according to People.

Matt is currently in a relationship with Caryn Chandler. Amy had a rocky past with Matt and Chandler, but they have already put their issues behind them. In a previous interview, Amy said, "It's not like they're not going to be invited." However, she made it clear that she won’t oblige them to be in attendance.

"They’re welcome if they’d like to come. We don’t want anyone coming to our wedding out of obligation. The wedding is supposed to be about good friends and close family. I like Matt; I get along with him fine — and Caryn. But we’re not friends that hang out. We don’t do things together," Amy told Us Weekly in October.
