Little Rock Concert Shooter At Large, Rapper Finese 2Tymes Arrested On Separate Charges
At least 28 people were injured in a shootout early Saturday morning in a Little Rock, Ark., nightclub during a concert by the rapper Finese 2Tymes . The rapper was arrested early Sunday morning on charges unrelated to the shooting, and the gunman or gunmen from the incident are still at large.
The shooting occurred at Power Ultra Lounge at 2:30 a.m., according to USA Today Sunday. 25 people were injured by gunfire, three others were wounded while fleeing. The Little Rock Police Department announced that all shooting victims will survive on their Twitter. The people injured were between 16 and 35 years old. Police say the shooting may be gang-related.

“This does appear to be a continuation of disputes from some of our local groups,” said Little Rock Police Chief Kenton Buckner to KTHV, the Little Rock CBS affiliate. “You've seen some of the things playing out in our streets that has resulted in drive-by shootings.”
Dajuana Mixon, 19, is in critical condition, but is expected to recover according to KHTV, who spoke to her mother Renea Domineck.
“Critical condition and on the ventilator but I have faith in God. She will pull through," said Domineck. "Whoever pick up guns they have to think about what if it was your family member. Would you want to sit at the hospital and pray your family member going to live?”
Finese 2Tymes, also known as Ricky Hampton, was arrested early Sunday morning in Birmingham Alabama on outstanding warrants from an incident in Forrest City, Arkansas. He was arrested for an aggravated assault charge with a gun according to Reuters Sunday. The 25-year-old rapper is from Memphis, Tennessee. Hampton was arrested outside a different club, Side Effects Club, along with another man as they exited their Mercedes. Three guns were seized from the car.

On Sunday after the arrest, the police said again via Twitter that no arrest had been made in connection with the night club shooting. After the shooting, the city revoked Power Ultra Lounge’s liquor license and is moving to shut the club down.
Little Rock has also seen a spate of drive-by shootings recently according to Reuters, including one that left a 7-year-old boy wounded.
