'LoL': New Free Champion Rotation Revealed

Riot Games has revealed the newest "League of Legends" free champion rotation. Here's a breakdown of the newest freebies that you'll be able to take for a spin.

This week, you'll be able to play Ziggs, Viktor, Graves, Skarner, Leona, Cho'Gath, Nasus, Zilean, Ezreal and Garen free of charge. That's four melee champions, three AP carries, two ranged carries and an AP support. While the new rotation is skewed toward melee tanks/bruisers, there's something here for everyone.

Of the champions that will be avaiable for free this week, we suspect that the ones that will be grabbed most often will be Graves, Garen and Zilean. Each of these champions is appealing for different reasons. Graves always has potential to do high amounts of damage, Garen brings his attractive tank/bruiser/no mana properties to the table, and Zilean is great for both harassing and supporting. However, it's really all about playing properly and getting the right items. A Garen that stacks health potions and movement speed doesn't help anyone, aside from the enemy team.
