Look: Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck's Marriage Certificate With Complete Wedding Details

Two weeks after Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot in Las Vegas, their official wedding certificate has finally been released.

According to a copy of the certificate shared via Twitter by Las Vegas's 8 News Now investigative reporter David Charns, the 53-year-old singer and the 49-year-old Oscar winner’s marriage certificate was filed Monday by a clerk in Clark County, Nevada.

The certificate confirmed that the couple wed on July 17 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Sin City. The ceremony was performed by Pastor Ryan Wolfe, and the witness was wedding planner Kenosha Booth Portis.

Last month, Booth Portis, an employee of the Las Vegas venue, revealed details about the surprise wedding during an interview on “Good Morning America.”

“It was so exciting. We were getting ready to close, and we had a special guest arrive as a walk-in. I started shaking a little bit. I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, this is Jennifer Lopez we're getting ready to marry!'” she shared.

Booth Portis recalled that Affleck and Lopez were “emotional” and “cried to each other” as they were exchanging vows, while their children were right behind them.

The marriage certificate also revealed that the “Jenny from the Block” singer legally changed her name to Jennifer Affleck.

The “Argo” director and Lopez listed themselves as residents of Santa Monica, California, where Affleck is often spotted spending time with his three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: 17-year-old Violet, 13-year-old Seraphina, and 10-year-old Samuel.

In total, the newlyweds have five children together, including Max and Emme, Lopez’s 14-year-old twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Affleck and Lopez enjoyed a post-wedding getaway in Paris, France, with their children following the couple’s nuptials, People reported.

A day after their arrival in the city, the newlyweds were spotted kissing and cuddling on a park bench for more than two hours. An unnamed source told People that they were “like two teens... very loving, very attentive,” adding: “There weren't a lot of people that time of the morning, and they weren't distracted. It was just them.”

Affleck and Lopez also celebrated her 53rd birthday in the City of Light on July 24 with a romantic stroll and dinner at rooftop restaurant Plénitude at the Cheval Blanc hotel, according to Page Six.
