Former One Director singer Louis Tomlinson just purchased a $7.3 million home in the luxe Hollywood Hills off the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.
According to Trulia, the 6,000 square-foot, four-bedroom, six-bathroom spread was built 1937 and overlooks the Hollywood sign featuring panoramic views of Los Angeles. The home also boasts open sun terraces, a theater and bar that open to a lounge area. Outside, the home features an infinity pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and palm trees.
The listing agents of the sake were Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties Inc. and Barry Sloane of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Louis will certainly be familiar with his neighbors. Just last month, his former bandmate Harry Styles bought a modern home in West Hollywood with a top-secret off-market deal. 1D singer Niall Horan also recently purchased a $4 million estate in the Hollywood Hills with renovations done by star architect Frank Gehry.
