Lourdes Leon Lands Debut Campaign, Becomes New Face Of Stella McCartney Pop Perfume

Lourdes Leon or Lola, as she is popularly called, has landed her debut fashion campaign. The teenager is the new face of Stella McCartney for the British brand’s new Pop perfume campaign. The news was announced by none other than McCartney herself on Thursday.
Lourdes, Madonna’s daughter, has been shying away from spotlight, but this marks her first willing venture into the public eye. “I have a lot of people judging mY every move. It’s important for me to not let it rule my life,” she said.
Together as one – these strong women are a force to be reckoned with!

Lourdes and Canadian musician Grimes star alongside animal activist Kenya Kinski-Jones and actress Amandla Stenberg in the new campaign, which focuses on female camaraderie. This is McCartney’s first perfume in four years. Lourdes has gone almost make-up free for the campaign sporting purple hair. The teen wears a white dress in the picture and shows off her dark eyebrows.
The pictures also show her “mom” and “dad” tattoos etched on her fingers. Another image shows her holding the bottle of perfume with its pink cap while smouldering for the camera. The group shot shows her cuddling with Grimes. Lourde’s hair is pulled back in a Dutch braid, and she gives the camera a stare as she holds a bottle of the perfume.
Glen Luchford shot the campaign in the California desert. She photographed the girls during playful moments on the road trip-inspired shoot. Stella herself took to Twitter and Instagram and teased Lourdes’ participation in the campaign with a picture of her hands.
Meanwhile, her proud mom Madonna also shared a photograph from the campaign on Instagram showing the purple-haired Lourdes posing for the camera.
Pop will launch later this month in the U.S. at Sephora, Stella McCartney stores and online. The floral and woody fragrance created under license with P&G Prestige Beauty will roll out worldwide to 1,500 to 2,000 doors by July.
