‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ Star Joseline Hernandez Sues Stevie J, Seeks Child Support For Baby Girl
Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are still feuding. The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars will welcome their first child together in a few short months, but have been in a bitter back and forth over the unborn baby girl.
According to TMZ, Joseline is suing her ex and filed legal documents asking that he give her child support. Joseline wants Stevie to submit a parenting plan and take a paternity test to prove the baby is his as well.
The documents also revealed that Stevie quietly agreed to pay for any medical expenses pertaining to the baby, but Joseline is now worried that he won’t give her any money once she gives birth.
This isn’t the first time Joseline has come after Stevie about their daughter. In August, the VH1 star’s lawyer Tony Mathis told Bossip that Stevie was refusing to take a paternity test and still thought someone else was the baby’s father. It’s been rumored that rapper Young Dro was the father of Joseline’s baby, but neither one has confirmed or denied the speculation.
“We are trying to get Stevie to take a blood test to see if the baby is his,” Mathis told the outlet. “She’s already taken her test. She’s waiting for him to go down and put his sample in … Stevie is not supporting her in any form or fashion. Not financially. Nothing.”
Amid the drama with Stevie, Joseline seems to be enjoying her pregnancy. The rapper and self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess has been flooding Instagram with photos of her baby bump, and her close friend Nikki Mudarris told VH1.com in September that everything was going well. “She’s very content actually. She works out and she’s happy,” the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star said.
Joseline, who announced her pregnancy in July, is expected to give birth in January.
